Hi everyone, I`m Yuki! My best friend is Koki. We`re a pair of Green Cheek conures who recently arrived at Mickaboo. We`re five (Yuki) and six (Koki) years old, and unfortunately our mom couldn`t keep us any longer and had to surrender us to Mickaboo.

I`m a big explorer! I love trying new foods, and checking out new things. Koki is a bit more nervous, and prefers to hang back and let me try things out first. I really love foraging and eating in general. I`m on a great diet of Harrison`s pellets, and I love eating my veggies--especially Bell peppers! I`m not as enthusiastic about people, but I`ll step up if you offer me a treat.

We`re both big talkers! We say "pretty bird", "hello sweetie", and "Koki". I make kissing noises and beep, and I`m trying to learn to copy the sounds I hear from birds outside. Our new foster mom says we`re great learners!
