Hello, I`m Billie, a handsome, male, 20-year-old bare-eyed cockatoo. I`ve been with one family my whole life, but they are no longer able to care for me because of their advancing age and health condition. I like to come out of my cage daily and step-up on my owner`s arm or shoulder and get head scritches. If I need attention, I sometimes use my voice to let you know. I can talk and say Hello and Step-Up. My favorite foods are pepper seeds and fresh vegetables. I`ve had regular veterinary check-ups performed by an avian veterinarian. My wings are clipped.
